Safety Protocols
The safety of our attendees and staff is our top priority. We are working closely with the Charlotte Convention Center and monitoring recommendations from local and state authorities regarding events.
Together Again
We are eager to resume in-person events again and the health and safety of our attendees and partners is our first priority. Show management is working closely with the Charlotte Convention Center and the City of Charlotte to ensure we are taking necessary steps to host Molding 2022 in compliance with CDC & EPA recommendations. Guidelines are subject to change and we will continue to work with the CRVA and monitor recommendations from local and state authorities regarding events.
Increasing the frequency of its sanitation and disinfectant practices particularly in high traffic and high touch areas including hand rails, washrooms, doors and door knobs.
Sanitation Practices
The Charlotte Convention Center staff, Event Staff and Security have been educated and trained in recognizing the signs, symptoms and prevention of COVID19.
Training
The Charlotte Convention Center will continue to remain in close contact with local and federal authorities for the latest updates and recommendations as they become available.
Monitoring
We will place informational signage throughout the facility outlining social distancing guidelines, facility practices and safety protocols.
Signage
The Mecklenburg County mask mandate has been lifted as of Feb. 26, 2022. Masks are no longer required at the Charlotte Convention Center.
Mask Requirements
We will install hand sanitizer devices at the end of each aisle and in each of the common areas throughout the facility.
